Ruby Slippers' ageless design philosophy is central to the way we work: we combine good design principles with practical functionality from the outset to create a home environment that works as well for you now as it will in the future. We then apply the same rigourous standards and attention to detail when overseeing the installation work.

Because of the wide range of services we offer you’ll appreciate the process and pricing is bespoke to individual projects. However, a typical project would be structured in two phases: design and then suppy and project management. We are happy to work with your own installers or we have trusted installers we can recommend.

Before we get into any project, we prefer to have a frank chat and make sure we understand exactly what you want. Obviously, there's no fee or any obligation for this.

Phase one - design

Throughout this phase, we get to know your individual requirements and style preferences and collate some personal details and basic room measurements.

We then develop initial design concepts for your review. For a fee of £350 plus VAT per room, you will receive a layout of your preferred option together with a specification pack of products and finishes and a detailed cost breakdown for supply and project management. This provides you with a clear brief to give to your installers.

Phase two - supply and project management

We are approved suppliers of all the brands we recommend. All products come with full manufacturer guarantees. We spend time with the installers before and during installation to help ensure all design details are accurately executed.

We like to visit you at home once you are using the new space to ensure it meets the requirements we discussed at the start of the project. This is free of charge.
