accessible design for wheelchair accessibility

Finding stylish, individual ways to improve wheelchair accessibility around the home is a key part of Ruby Slippers ageless design concept. And with people of all ages experiencing mobility issues, we are keen to help anyone who is looking to create a more supportive home environment without sacrificing their personal sense of aesthetics.

Careful planning at the start of the project, a good understanding of the best products on the market and some clever design work is all that is needed to create a beautiful home that works for you as an individual.

We use the best, most innovative products and the latest design trends to create stylish wheelchair accessible bathrooms; stunning, easy-to-use kitchens and designer stairlifts.  We use British-made kitchen cabinetry from Access Matters, designed by Adam Thomas who is himself a wheelchair user.

So if you would like help creating a home that looks great and is easy to move around, take a look at some of the services available through our in-house occupational therapist or contact us today for a chat.
